What do the different user profiles correspond to?
⚠️ The user profiles visible in the profile list vary depending on the company account (customer/supplier).
User profiles are used to restrict the user's possible actions on the portal.
- Responsible
- Portal Administrator
- Sales Administrator
- Purchasing Manager
- Guest Client Manager
- Guest Supplier Manager
- Accounts Receivable Accountant
⚠️ Only user accounts with the above profiles can create groups:
- An account with the Manager profile can create establishments and groups of establishments (of the company for which he is responsible).
- An account with the Administrator profile can create establishments, establishment groups and company groups.
