How to issue a credit note?
To issue a credit note, you can either upload an existing file or create one while invoicing an order:
a) To upload an existing file:
- Click on Customer Invoices.
- Click Upload.
- Select the customer to be invoiced.
- Specify the company/branch issuing the invoice, if applicable.
- Click Browse.
- Upload the document.
- Confirm by clicking Upload Files.
The document will be sent to Cegedim for verification. You will receive a notification when the electronic invoice is available on the portal for validation.
b) To generate a credit note while invoicing an order:
- From the relevant order, click Invoice.
- Specify the company/branch issuing the invoice, if applicable.
- Click Next.
- At the top, select the type of invoice to issue.
- Complete the form.
- Click Validate and Send Invoice.
The document will be sent to Cegedim for verification. You will receive a notification when the electronic invoice is available on the portal for validation.
