Each company registered on SY automatically has an electronic vault, which stores a copy of every document issued or received. This vault ensures the preservation, security, and traceability of the information it contains.

SY also complies with the legal archiving obligations of the country where the company is domiciled, particularly regarding tax and commercial regulations (retention periods).

Norms and certifications

FNTC-CFE Label: Technical framework defining an electronic vault intended for the archival of digital objects with probative value. It incorporates the requirements of the NF Z42-013 standard (March 2009) relating to electronic archiving and ensures compliance with authentication, integrity, timestamping, and traceability criteria.

The digital vault is CSPN certified (First-Level Security Certification) by ANSSI (National Cybersecurity Agency of France).
