Who are the different participants and users on the SY Portal ?
Your organisation can be registered on the SY Portal as a:
- Guest Supplier: in this case, you will receive a notification by email or letter from a HC containing the identifiers needed to complete your registration on the SY Portal. After registering, you can create the Account Manager user attached to the company (also called the default group)
A Guest Supplier Account Manager can:
- Create facilities for the company
- Create groups of facilities for the company
- Create users who may have two types of profile:
- Guest Supplier Account Manager
- Guest Supplier Manager
- Assign each user to groups
A Guest Supplier's various users may have the following functionalities on the portal:

- Head Contractor (HC): in this case, your organisation has been configured as HC Supplier (Invoice Sender) or HC Customer (Invoice Receiver) or both. When your organisation is created, a default group is also created including all the HC's companies and an Administrator user attached to this group.
The administrator can:
- Create facilities for each of their companies
- Create groups of companies or groups of facilities
- Create users who may have three types of profile:
- Administrator
- Customer Accountant
- Supplier Accountant
- Assign each user to groups

A user can have various authorisations (Profiles and Groups).
For example, a user can have an Account Manager profile for company A and a Manager profile for a facility belonging to company B
