Is an invoice sent by email immediately visible on SY?
After sending an invoice by email, SY will send you an acknowledgment of receipt to confirm that the invoice has been processed. In this case, it will be immediately visible in the invoice list:
- Click on Customer Invoices .
- Select Processing .
- Click on the relevant invoice to view the details.
⚠️ If you received a rejection email, the invoice has not been processed and will not be visible on SY. In this case, you must reissue the invoice in question.
