Error Email "Unable to Identify Issuing Company"

After sending an invoice by email, you may receive an error email Unable to Identify Issuing Company. This error message means that SY is unable to identify the establishment or company issuing the invoice.

To allow identification of the relevant account, you must include the identifier provided by SY in the subject of your emails. This identifier is visible in the PDF Invoice Issuing by Email section of the Companies tab.
