In the orders list, the Messaging option is represented by the column showing speech bubble icons.
When a new message is received, the icon on the line of the relevant order appears in blue.

The icon changes color depending on the event:

  • Blue: unread messages.
  • Gray: history with read messages.
  • White: no conversation history.

⚠️ The absence of an icon on a line indicates that the Messaging option is not active for this customer/supplier.
