How do I confirm an order?
⚠️ To be able to confirm an order, your customer must activate the Order Response option.
To confirm a received order:
- From the order list, click on the relevant order.
- Click on Confirm.
- Fill out the form.
- Click on Confirm.
- Validate the submission by clicking Send.
The order status will change from To be processed to Confirmed or Partially confirmed.
