How to enter an email address for receiving invoices?

If you want to receive your supplier invoices at an email address, you must register the address on the SY portal.

  1. Click on the user profile icon.
  2. Select Companies.
  3. Fill in the PDF invoice reception by email section.
  4. Click Save.

The registered address will be used for receiving invoices.
