Paying invoices from the SY portal is only available if the following conditions are met:

• Your supplier has enabled this feature for their clients.
• Your company and your supplier’s company are part of the SEPA zone.
• The invoice currency is in euros.
• The invoice is to be paid directly to the supplier (no intermediary).

If these conditions are met, the Online Payment feature is available, and a Credit Card icon will appear on the line of the invoices to be paid.
