I no longer wish to use SY. How can I retrieve all my invoices?

You can request at any time the return of all your documents stored in SY. To do so, please create a support ticket with customer support.
💡 Even if you stop using SY, your invoices and documents are preserved and remain accessible for the entire legal retention period (10 years).
