I asked for my username to be resent but I did not receive the expected email

If you ask for your username to be resent and you do not receive an email from the SY Portal:

  • Check the email is not in your spam folder,
  • Check that the sender email address (donotreply@sybycegedim.com) is not black-listed
  • Make sure you are checking the mailbox associated with your user account
  • Contact the SY Account Manager
