How do I confirm an order?

⚠️ To be able to confirm an order, your customer must activate the Order Response option.

To confirm a received order:

  1. From the order list, click on the relevant order.
  2. Click on Confirm.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Click on Confirm.
  5. Validate the submission by clicking Send.

The order status will change from To be processed to Confirmed or Partially confirmed.
