Cegedim acts as an operator to ensure the control and transmission of invoices between the supplier and the customer.

Using the SY portal services does not create any obligation for Cegedim regarding the payment of invoices. Therefore, Cegedim cannot be considered a party to any transaction related to the content of the invoices.

Accordingly, in the event of non-payment of invoices or any dispute between the supplier and its customers regarding invoice payment, Cegedim is released from all liability.
