In the SY portal, an establishment is a structure that is legally (with a SIREN number) and financially dependent on a company. Therefore, if your company has several establishments that manage their invoicing independently, in the portal, you can restrict the processing of invoices from each establishment to authorized users only.

The creation of establishments is a step to be carried out before the creation of groups and then users.

NOTE: It is possible to create as many establishments as necessary.

To do this:

1. From the drop-down list at the top right of your screen, click on Businesses .
   Depending on the case:
   -If your account is linked to only one company, the company management screen is displayed.
   -If your account is linked to multiple companies, an intermediate window appears to select the desired company, then the company management screen appears.
2. Click on Establishment , then on Add Establishment .
   The establishment creation screen is displayed.
3. Specify at least :
   -The name of your establishment,
   -The identifier of your establishment (its SIRET number if domiciled in France or its registration if domiciled outside France),
   -The type of establishment (main, secondary or complementary),
   -The country of domicile.
4. Save your changes.

The establishment is created. You can now add it to the establishment groups to be associated with each portal user.
